• What kind of organizations do you work with?

  Mid-to-large organizations across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and the wider EU. I work with leadership teams that own a P&L line — typically COO, CMO, CFO, Transformation Director or founder/CEO — when they need to move from strategy into delivered, measured outcomes.
• Is this just marketing consulting?

  No. My background is 15 years in digital marketing, but my focus today is broader business transformation — AI enablement, operating-model change, internal tool building (vibecoding), and data foundations. Marketing is one domain I bring depth in when it's relevant.
• What do you mean by 'vibecoding'?

  Vibecoding is shipping small, focused internal tools fast — AI-assisted, often built in days instead of quarters. Think RFP summarizers, copy-QA bots, lead-scoring agents, reporting copilots. Built where teams already work and pragmatic about the stack you actually run.
• How does an engagement typically start?

  A 30-minute call to understand the problem, the stakeholders and the constraints. From there, either a short discovery (one to two weeks, fixed price) or directly into delivery if the brief is already sharp. No 8-week pitches.
• Do you work in English or Dutch?

  Both. Workshops, documentation and delivery can be in either language, depending on what your team prefers.
• Where are you based?

  I'm based in Lochristi (East Flanders, Belgium) — Soldatenhoek 16, 9080 Lochristi. I work on-site with clients across the Benelux and remote elsewhere in the EU.
